Single username and password for both the website and the support section

It feels funny that you need to different logins or passwords or whatever. From the eye of the customer it is only a nuisance when you need to hassle with many credentials.

Yes, I see your point. However you can send any support requests also via email to support@hammerkit.com from where they will be recorded in the support system.
