This can be done with HammerKit. You create a tracker that checks whether a visitor's IP is recorded into a datatable for each component. 

However, easiest is to use an outside service, such as Google Analytics, that offers a variety of information concerning your visitors. In this case you just simply copy paste their tracker script on your site template.
